Questions we hear most

Frequently asked questions

Is my Prudential policy still valid?

Yes. Trust Life will continue to service existing policies in accordance with their terms and conditions. Your cover, your benefits and your premium schedule are unchanged. There is nothing you need to do.

Who owns Trust Life?

Trust Life is supported by PHA Group — an international insurance and financial services specialist operator with operations in Australia and Singapore — together with PTD Energy Solution Company Limited, our Lao strategic partner.

Do I need to sign anything or re-apply?

No. Your policy carries over as it is. If anything ever does require your signature, we will contact you directly — we will never ask for payment details by message or social media.

Where do I pay my premium now?

Through the same channels you use today, plus the new options we are adding. Payment details and partner banks will be confirmed before any change takes effect.

Will my adviser change?

Trust Life is built on the people and market presence already in place. If your adviser does change, you will be told who your new contact is, in writing, in Lao.
